The products are good and easy to work with. The one on one training is really what was the most important. Everyone finds their routine but knowing how to produce a good product or use the products at their peak can’t be stated enough. Knowing how to do it right will make or break a store.

Very knowledgeable on every aspect of the bakery business. The surprising thing was you go from not knowing how to make a donut to running your own bakery in a matter of a couple days. They are never too busy to answer questions or recommend things to help in making your business better, as a matter of fact they encourage you to call and that they are there for you. They truly want you to succeed and have your business keep growing. I would highly recommend everything from designing the bakery layout to getting all the equipment set up and learning how to make the donuts went very smooth and quick.
